Founded in May 2003, DK Consulting, LLC, a woman-owned small business, was formed to provide management and technology solutions based on industry best practices. DK Consulting, LLC works with multiple State, Federal, and Commercial customers, and our services range from providing customers with that one ‘critical resource’ to assuming responsibility for an entire IT project. Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree Instructional Systems Design, Business, Education, or related field.
• Extensive experience delivering customer training programs to professionally diverse individuals and groups of users.
• Proficiency with current and legacy versions of the Windows operating systems including XP, 7, 8, 10, and others.
• Experience with Microsoft Office 365, including Outlook, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and Word.
• Ability to develop and/or update training content such as training manuals, demonstration models, multimedia, and tutorials. 
• Ability to design and develop assessments to measure progress and evaluate training effectiveness.
• Strong knowledge of adult learning principles and theory.
• Strong knowledge of best practices in instructor-led training (ILT)
