This posting is intended for DK Consulting's future Project/Program Manager openings located in the Baltimore, Maryland area.  The requirements listed below are standard for all Project Management positions.

Requirements
  • PMI certified Project Management Professional (PMP®), Six Sigma, Scrum Master, or SAFe is required. A certificate of completion for a training class is not sufficient. A copy of your certification will be required.
  • Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • Sound foundational knowledge of IT infrastructure and architecture in an enterprise environment.
  • Ability to simultaneously manage multiple cross functional teams where SDLC, Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid methodologies were employed.
  • Experienced with developing and managing project charters, requirements documentation, workflow or similar diagrams, project schedules, periodic status reports, and lessons learned.
  • Ability to assess project risks and identify appropriate mitigation strategies. 
Preferred Knowledge
  • .NET, MS SQL Server, Web Applications, COTS, and/or Oracle databases. 
  • Budgeting/Financials
  • Experience working with Local, State, or Federal Government
