Position: TECHNICAL PROJECT MANAGER/ARCHITECT
Location: Baltimore, MD
Work Hours: Normal business hours, except for State holidays and occasional off-hours support

Responsibilities:
  • Facilitate Enterprise Architecture Board (EAB) meetings
  • Update IT Technical Standards and Guidelines document
  • Maintain Application Catalog
  • Attend Change Advisory Board (CAB)
  • Serve as the liaison between the (EAB) and Director and Assistant Directors, as well as upper level managers for all divisions
  • Attend one-on-one meetings bi-weekly or monthly with an Assistant Director to discuss EAB-related items
  • Serve as the contact person for external Vendors to vet requirements outside of those listed in the IT Technical Standards and Guidelines document
  • Respond to and initiate all e-mails regarding the EAB
  • Serve as a representative to the EAB
  • Facilitate the creation of an EAB Charter
  • Identify technologies that are used throughout the enterprise look for opportunities to standardize
  • Identify technologies being sun-setted
  • Identify areas where it would benefit from re-using technologies that have already implemented
  • Identify what information needs to be communicated about a system in order for it to be included in the Enterprise Architecture & how that information is captured (System architecture diagrams, other data collection tool)
  • Serve as the liaison between the EAB and the Director and Assistant Directors, as well as upper level managers for all Divisions
  • Attend one-on-one meetings bi-weekly or monthly with an Assistant Director to discuss EAB-related items
  • Serve as the contact person for external Vendors to vet requirements outside of those listed in the IT Technical Standards and Guidelines document
  • Respond to and initiate all e-mails regarding the EAB
  • Serve as representative to the EAB
  • Other related duties as assigned by IT Division Management.
Requirements: At least three (3) years’ experience in each of the following:
  • Providing Enterprise Architecture expertise on large-scale IT projects.
  • Creating and maintaining an IT application catalog.
